Welcome to ISEMSS 2023

International Seminar on education, management and social sciences (ISEMSS) has successfully held five sessions for five consecutive years, and the sixth session will be held soon.

◆ISEMSS 2017 was successfully taken place on January 14-15, 2017 in Zhuhai, China.    

◆ISEMSS 2018 was successfully taken place on April  25-27, 2018 in Wuxi, China.

◆ISEMSS 2019 was successfully taken place on July 19-21, 2019 in Changsha, China.  

◆ISEMSS 2020 was successfully taken place on July 17-19, 2020 in Dali, China.

◆ISEMSS 2021 was successfully taken place on July 9-11, 2021 in Chengdu, China.

◆ISEMSS 2022 was successfully taken place on July 15-17, 2022 in Chongqing, China. 

◆ISEMSS 2023 will be held on July 14-16, 2023 in Kunming, China. 

Education and Social Sciences

The relationship between pedagogy and social sciences has always been a topic of research for scholars. The confusion of pedagogy stems from the confusion of humanities and social sciences, and the inherent logical relationship between pedagogy and other humanities and social sciences has always existed and cannot be broken. Pedagogy as a unique discipline is reflected in its practical orientation, but the practical orientation not only limits the unfavorable conditions for constructing the academic discourse of pedagogy, but also promotes the prosperity and development of education, and maintains its relative independence.

Education contributes to the development of society in all aspects, education acts on society, and society can also act on education. The value of education is realized in the society.

Management and Social Science

The function of management is a function of the social sciences. There are five social functions of social science: cognitive function, guidance function, management function, production function, and educational function. Social science is a large category of science. It has common social functions with other sciences, and at the same time, it has its own special social functions.

Sociology is the study of the entire social structure and social activities of the discipline, speaking broadly, management behavior also belongs to social activities.

Management is the study of how to manage a limited amount of people, things, money, and time in an appropriate way, and it is a discipline developed on the basis of sociology, which is more oriented to the application and provision of solutions to the activities of companies, governments, and other groups.

ISEMSS 2023 will be held on July 14-16, 2023 in Kunming, China. And provide a platform for scholars in related fields to exchange ideas and: 

• Develop and advance social development through the study and application of certain social issues.

• Open up new perspectives and broaden the horizons of looking at issues in the discussions of the participants.

• Create a forum for sharing, research, and exchange on an international level, allowing participants to learn about the latest research directions, results, and content in different fields thus stimulating them to new research ideas.

• Papers on Education, Management and Social Sciences will be accepted.

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, papers will be published on 《Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research》(Online ISSN: 2352-5398), and will submitted for indexing by CPCI-SSH and CNKI.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
